Our Fees
Dorrigo Preschool accepts enrolments at any time throughout the year if vacancies exist. Children must be at least 3 years old to enrol at our Preschool, but you are welcome to place your child on the waiting list before this. An Enrolment Form must be completed, submitted and accepted prior to your child attending Preschool. We will require a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate and Immunisation History Statement from Medicare to keep on file. It is a legal requirement for enrolment in Preschool that all children be up to date with their immunisations. If a child is not up to date with their immunisations, they must be on an approved catch-up-schedule or hold a medical exemption from immunisation to be eligible to enrol in Preschool.
The NSW Government has made a commitment to ensuring that all children in NSW have access to 600 hours of Preschool education in the year before school (approximately 15 hours per week), and for the 2 years before school for children from a disadvantaged background. If we have positions available, you may enrol your child at Dorrigo Preschool for as many or as few days as you choose and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, however if your child is enrolled for more than 2 days per week (15 hours), you may be required to give up one or some of your days if they are needed to provide a position for a child who is in the year before school, to ensure that we are supporting this NSW government initiative.
We encourage families to call and organise a visit to the centre to observe the program and meet the educators to help you to decide if Dorrigo Preschool is the environment that best meets the needs of your child and family for early education and care.
If you are interested in enrolling your child at Dorrigo Preschool or placing your child on our waiting list please email director@dorrigopreschool.com.au

We try to keep our fees and charges to a minimum. The small levies that we charge each term help us to purchase and maintain resources to support the children’s education and engagement and to maintain our beautiful building and grounds.
It is crucial that all fees and levies are paid on time and kept up to date to ensure that our Preschool remains financially viable and can continue to operate.
Please note that Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is not available to subsidise Preschool fees.
